Each capability plugs one specific leak in your week.
AI receptionist — answers & books, 24/7
The leakThe phone rings out mid-appointment — and that customer books the next business on Google.
What this means for youEvery message answered in seconds, qualified, and booked into your calendar — 2am, Koriteh, whenever.
Unified inbox
The leakOne enquiry on WhatsApp, one on the website, one missed call — three apps and no record.
What this means for youEvery conversation lands on one screen with the customer's history beside it — nothing slips between apps.
Automated Google-review loop
The leakHappy customers never leave a review; unhappy ones go straight to Google, and their one-star sits there for years.
What this means for youThe machine asks after every job — happy customers get the Google link, unhappy ones are caught privately before the internet hears it.
Invoice chasing with pay links
The leakChasing money is awkward, so jobs you finished months ago are still sitting unpaid.
What this means for youPolite reminders with pay links go out automatically — Wave, mobile money or card, whatever your customers use — and stop the moment the invoice is paid.
Client dashboard & mini-CRM
The leakYour customer list lives in your head, a notebook, and three chat apps.
What this means for youEvery contact, booking and invoice in one dashboard you own — and if you ever leave, your data goes with you.
Monday Morning Pulse
The leakYou're too busy doing the work to see how the business is actually doing.
What this means for youEvery Monday a short briefing lands in your WhatsApp — last week's numbers, this week's bookings, who still owes you — read in the time it takes to pour your attaya.
Monthly report
The leakMost agencies go quiet the moment they've been paid.
What this means for youOnce a month, a plain-language report of what the machine did — you never wonder what the retainer buys.
Brand Identity Pack
The leakA logo from one app, colours from another, captions in a third voice — customers can't tell if you're a real business or a hobby.
What this means for youA complete brand book — logo suite, colour palette, typography, tone of voice and photo direction — so your website, packaging and every post look like one professional house.
It depends on the size of the build — which is why we don't publish a one-size-fits-all price list. Online Presence is a one-off build plus a small monthly care plan. All-in-One adds a monthly retainer for running the machine.
I already have a Facebook page. Isn't that enough?
Keep it — Facebook is great for staying visible. But it's rented land: the algorithm decides who sees your posts, and when someone is ready to buy right now, they search Google, not their feed.
How long is the contract?
The build is a one-off project and it's yours to keep: website, content, and customer data — no ransom. The care plan and retainer are simple rolling agreements, and the exact terms are in plain writing before we start.
What if the AI says something wrong?
Honest answer: no AI is perfect, and we won't pretend otherwise. Yours is trained only on your business — your services, your prices, your hours — and it's built to hand off to a human whenever it's unsure, rather than guess. It never invents prices or makes promises on your behalf.
How fast can we launch?
Days, not months. Your side of it is mostly one working session — your services, prices, and photos. We build fast because the foundations are ready, then refine live with real customers instead of perfecting in the dark. You approve everything before it ships.
I already have a website. Do I have to start over?
Not necessarily. Sometimes a slow, dated site is quietly costing you customers, and a rebuild is the honest recommendation. Sometimes the site is solid and only needs the machine wired in — booking, receptionist, reviews, invoicing.
